1. Definition of terms
1.1. Site Administration - authorized employees of the Site management who organize and carry out the processing of personal data, and also determine the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions or operations performed with personal data.
1.2. Confidentiality of personal data is a mandatory requirement for the Site Administration or other person who has access to personal data to not allow their distribution without the consent of the subject of personal data or other legal grounds.
1.3. Processing of personal data - any action or set of actions performed with or without the use of automation tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, modification, extraction, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
1.4. Personal data - any information directly or indirectly related to a specific or identifiable natural person (subject of personal data).
1.5. User - a person who has access to the Site via the Internet and uses the Site.
1.6. Site - a website located on the Internet at: https://rooprofessional.com/, including all its pages.
1.7. Products are products, the image and / or description of which is located on the Site.
1.8. A "cookie" is a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user's computer, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server in an HTTP request each time it tries to open a page of the corresponding site.

2. General provisions

5. Methods and terms of processing personal information
5.1. Processing of personal data of the User is carried out without time limit, in any legal way, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without using such tools.
5.2. The User agrees that the Site Administration has the right to transfer Personal Data to third parties, in particular, telecommunications operators, solely for the purpose of servicing the User.
5.3. The User's personal data may be transferred to the authorized state authorities of Ukraine only on the grounds and in the manner established by the current legislation of Ukraine.
5.4. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Site Administration informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.
5.5. The site administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's Personal Data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.
5.6. The Site Administration, together with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User's Personal Data.
6. Obligations of the parties
6.1. The user is obliged:
6.1.1. Provide information about Personal Data necessary to use the Site.
6.1.2. Update, supplement the provided information about Personal Data in case of changes in this information.
6.2. The site administration is obliged:
6.2.1. Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in clause 4. of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2. Ensure that confidential information is kept secret, not disclosed without the prior written permission of the User, and also not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose in other possible ways the transferred personal data of the User, with the exception of clauses 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User's Personal Data in accordance with the procedure usually used to protect this kind of information in existing business transactions.
6.2.4. Block the Personal Data relating to the relevant User from the moment the User or his legal representative or the authorized body for the protection of the rights of the subjects of Personal Data applied or requested for the period of verification, in case of revealing false personal data or illegal actions.
7. Liability of the parties
7.1. The site administration, which has not fulfilled its obligations, is liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, with the exception of cases provided for in clauses 5.2., 5.3. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.
7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Site Administration is not responsible if this confidential information:
7.2.1. Became public property before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. It was received from a third party until it was received by the Site Administration.
7.2.3. Was disclosed with the consent of the User.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. Before going to court with a claim for disputes arising from the relationship between the Site User and the Site Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute).
8.2. The recipient of the claim, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, notifies the claimant in writing of the results of the consideration of the claim.
8.3. If it is impossible to reach an agreement, the dispute will be referred to the judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
8.4. The current legislation of Ukraine applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Site Administration.
9. Additional terms
9.1. The site administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.
9.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Privacy Policy.
